Shipping Policy
Maximum Fasteners ships within the United States and Mexico using UPS, USPS, and Truck Shipments. We offer flexible shipping options based on your location and order size.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Lead times depend on the product and can include transit time.
Order Processing Details:
- East Coast or Out of State: Processing 1-2 business days, shipping via truck: 1-2 business days (transit).
- Mexico (MX): Processing 1-2 business days, shipping via truck: 1-2 business days (transit).
For customers located in California (CA), Oregon (OR), Arizona (AZ), and Mexico (MX), Maximum Fasteners pre-pays freight.
For East Coast orders, freight prepayment may require a minimum order amount. Please contact us for more details.
Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. Shipping time is separate from order processing time. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues and Delays
Maximum Fasteners is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance at (562) 698-3146.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping to Mexico
Customers in Mexico can purchase directly from our MX location, with no customs paperwork required. Shipping is completed within 1-2 business days (transit).
