Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in good condition. Returns with incomplete or partial quantities will not be accepted. Any box or packaging must not be damaged, and returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All cancellations or returns must be authorized by Maximum Fasteners. To start a return or cancellation, please contact us at claims@maximumfasteners.com. Please include images or videos to substantiate the claim. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at claims@maximumfasteners.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly. Please provide images or videos to support any claims.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not accepted. Please contact us if you have questions about the specific item you are returning.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

Refunds will not be processed until the return has been received, inspected, and approved. You will be notified once the return has been evaluated.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at claims@maximumfasteners.com.

• Returns must be authorized by Maximum Fasteners prior to sending back items.

• Incomplete returns or returns without proper authorization will not be accepted.

• All claims must include supporting images or videos.
